Robert McKinney - CEO

Robert McKinney - CEO  Robert McKinney, Capital Plus Chairman and CEO, brings thirty years of experience buying, rehabbing and selling investment properties with owner financing. Since founding Capital Plus in 1992, thirty years of experience buying, rehabbing and selling investment properties.

Mr. McKinney has been actively involved in every aspect of the real estate investment business. He actively manages the acquisition, rehabilitation, and marketing of properties for resale, qualifies buyers for owner financing, and markets owner-financed loans within the secondary market. Mr. McKinney’s successful beginning as the single owner and operator brought about the need for growth, enabling Capital Plus, Inc. to expand its business and staffing, and helped it develop into the multi-divisional Company it is today.
   

Mark Crockett - COO

Mark Crockett - COO  Mark joined Capital Group in 2001, shortly after graduating from Texas A&M University in 1998. Since joining Capital Group, Mark has established himself as one of the Company’s primary financial decision makers. Mark has used his background in economics and marketing, as well as experience in construction, remodeling, sales and management to help Robert build a unique, profitable business model, that has multiple revenue streams. Advancing from his initial designation as an Investment Consultant to a Regional Manager and eventually earning his current position as COO/Partner. In his free time, Mark enjoys raising his 3 children, attending collegiate sporting events and restoring vintage cars.
   

Eric Donnelly - CFO

Eric Dnnelly - CFO  Raised in Houston, TX and the son a Colombian father and Costa Rican mother, Eric is intimately familiar with the culture of the typical Capital Plus borrower. He is fluent in Spanish and graduated from SMU in 1997 with a degree in Economics and International Studies.

Eric has spent his entire career in the banking and credit industries, having started in the first credit analyst training class of Sterling bank. After 90 days as an analyst he asked to be given the opportunity to become a commercial lender and built one of the largest portfolios in the bank within 2 years of graduating from the training program, far away the youngest banker in the system to achieve this.

In 2001, he helped start a de novo community bank in Houston and in 2005, he founded a national, small balance commercial real estate finance firm, Urban Commercial Mortgage.

He has spent his career establishing a path for small businesses and consumers to access the credit markets and brings a wealth of experience in the secondary markets to Capital Plus. He is adept at credit management, financial growth strategies and regulatory compliance issues – each critical to Capital Plus.

Eric is responsible positioning the company and its partners on a sound and profitable growth trajectory that will enable Capital Plus to expand its footprint and product delivery to more consumers.

Eric is actively civically serving on the real estate and regional development committees of the Greater Houston Partnership, the Houston Council on Foreign Relations and Skills for Living, an educational outreach organization serving at risk teens, the Dallas Chamber, Dallas and Fort Worth Mortgage Bankers Association and National Mortgage Banker’s Association. He is also a 2013 graduate of The Center for Houston’s Future Leadership Forum.
   

Chad Cole - Marketing Director/Sales Manager

Chad Cole - Marketing Director/Sales Manager  Chad is a 1995 graduate of Texas A&M University. He joined the company in 2004 and is currently the Company’s Marketing Director and Sales Manager. He has an extensive real estate sales background, and since joining Capital Plus has been the Company’s chief buyer of investment properties. He works with lenders to acquire REO properties and homes from HUD as well as working with numerous investors. Additionally, he pursues and negotiates purchase contracts for properties from existing homeowners. Chad enjoys playing golf, cycling, coaching his kids’ sports teams, and is very involved with the youth at his church.
   

Maricela Chavez

Maricela Chavez  The Company’s Secretary/Treasurer brings more than ten years of administrative and office management experience, and since joining Capital Plus in 2004 has been responsible for managing CPI’s office operations and supervising administrative staff. Currently she is focusing on the new loan origination and processing guidelines implemented by NMLS and CFPB for 2014. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children.
   

Luke Hammond - DFW Construction Superintendent

Luke Hammond - DFW Construction Superintendent  Graduate University of Texas Arlington 2001. Luke joined the Capital group in 2005 after honing his management skills supervising new residential construction projects for a DFW builder. He has an extensive real estate and finance background. Since joining the Company in 2005, he has been responsible for selecting future projects, coordinating their construction, and preparing the properties for sale. In his off time he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and son.
   

Angie Cole - Purchasing / Acquisitions

Angie Cole - Purchasing/Acquisitions  Angie is a 1994 graduate of Texas A&M University and brings over 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience with her to Capital Plus. She is a licensed Real Estate agent and works with the Marketing Director on acquisitions of homes as well as relationship management among the investors. She also works with the Executive team to promote the company within our industry as well as to new banks and investors. She enjoys scrapbooking, teaching Sunday School, and being involved with her 3 kids’ activities.
   

Al Trevino - Investment Consultant (Dallas), Loan Servicing Manager

Al Trevino - Investment Consultant (Dallas), Loan Servicing Manager  The Dallas Consultant brings more than 10 years of new construction experience, and over 40 years of real estate experience to our company. Since joining Capital Plus in 2006, he has been responsible for locating investment properties, negotiating purchase contracts, coordinating/managing rehab crews, preparing properties for resale, and coordinating the closing of resale transaction/funding. Al also is in charge of servicing the growing portfolio of loans in Capital Plus Inventory.

Neil Cements - South Texas Manager of Operations

Neil Clements - South Texas Manager of Operations  Graduate of Sam Houston State University, Neil brings more than eight years of general management experience and five years of commercial construction experience. Since joining Capital Plus in 2006, he has been responsible for locating investment properties, negotiating purchase contracts, coordinating/managing rehab crews, preparing properties for resale, and coordinating closing of resale transaction/funding.
   

Mike Hoogeboom

Mike Hogeboom - Houston Sales  Since joining the Company in 2011, Mike has been responsible for coordinating and managing rehab crews and preparing properties for sale.
