Of course, we do everything that is necessary to make you comfortable with the process but we also follow the regulatory agency guidelines that are necessary when providing these loans.     CG Is Looking to Expand into New Metropolitan Markets 

    Most people who think about Capital Plus recognize the fact that we operate in the state of Texas. Our main office is located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex but we have satellite offices that are currently located in Houston and San Antonio. Since 1992, we have been operating in the state of Texas and we are the largest operation of our kind which is currently purchasing homes in the state. Of course, as is the case with many businesses, we are looking to expand and in order to do so, we will look to new metropolitan areas that are in the state of Texas as well. In addition, we will look beyond Texas if it is beneficial to our expansion.

    When you purchase a home, one of the things that you need to be concerned about are prepayment penalties. These penalties wind up costing you money, if you should happen to pay your loan off early. This really limits you in a number of ways, and it causes you to spend a lot more money because many people will want to avoid those penalties but they end up paying interest for the long-term. When you use Capital Plus for your mortgage, you will never have to worry about prepayment penalties. We don't charge them, so you can pay off your loan early if it is your desire to do so.

Although we recognize that this can be a very convenient option, we also understand that some of our customers are interested in doing the remodel on their own. If you are handy, and would like to take care of the remodeling without our intervention, you can discuss this with us. Of course, we make sure that we purchase homes that are right for you.
